Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Deals Dash Pro. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours and shipped within 6-12 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed on the next working day. Our shipping operations are active from Monday to Friday.

    Delivery estimates for different regions are as follows:

    • Order Cut off time: Monday - Friday
    • Delivery: 6-12 Business Days

    Please note that while we strive to meet these estimates, delivery delays may occur. We cannot guarantee exact shipping times.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 3-5 days.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    Please note that any customs duties or taxes applied to your order are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any fees or charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes.

    Damages

    If you receive damaged merchandise, please email us a picture of the damaged item at support@dealsdashpro.com within 24 hours of delivery status showing as "Delivered." We will only replace damaged goods within this timeframe.

    Shipping Plus Service Terms

    For added protection, we offer a Shipping Plus Service. This service provides reimbursement for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. The cost of shipping protection and taxes is not included.

    Lost Items Terms

    Lost items are defined as follows:

    1. If the tracking status is not "delivered" and at least 35 days have passed since the order was placed, contact our support team at support@dealsdashpro.com.
    2. If the address provided was incorrect, resulting in the package being returned to us, contact our customer support at support@dealsdashpro.com.
    3. If only part of the order was delivered in an undamaged package, contact our customer support at support@dealsdashpro.com.
    4. If your order is stuck in customs, you are responsible for paying any associated customs fees.
    5. If an order is shown as "unfulfilled," please contact support@dealsdashpro.com.
    6. If an order is marked as "delivered" but has not yet been received, wait for 5 business days and let us know.

    If a Delivery Was Made to a Wrong Address

    If the delivery address provided during checkout was correct but the package was delivered to the wrong address, inform our customer support team.

    Further Terms

    If you accidentally purchased Shipping Plus Service and the package has not yet shipped, contact support@dealsdashpro.com for a credit. If the package is already in transit and protected by Shipping Plus Service, we cannot credit the amount.
